Children's birthday parties and family fun days are our specialty, but we also love adding colour to dance recitals, christening celebrations, baby and bridal showers, public gatherings and weddings, masquerade balls and dress up parties, pregnant belly paintings, learning workshops and body art. We use cosmetic grade face paints and body glitters that are FDA approved and have a lovely smooth feel on the skin.
Each artist has a large range of designs, which they paint in their own unique style.

Masquerade and Dress Up Masks

You're going to a dress up party or a masquerade ball, but you want to stand out and be different from the crowd...
look stunning... SHIMMER! We can custom design an unforgettable face or body artwork for you. Come to us or we can come to you. We use cosmetic grade face paints and body glitters that are FDA approved and have a lovely smooth feel on the skin. We can add as much glitter, bling and glam as you like, including feathers if you choose! Rates: $50 per mask (discounts may apply for multiple bookings) Travel: Add $10 and 70c per km if we come to you, free if you come to us! Pregnancy / Belly Painting

Custom designed artwork to suit your taste is hand-painted by brush and sponge using cosmetic grade body paints and body glitters that are FDA approved and have a lovely smooth feel on the skin. We can add as much glitter, bling and glam as you like!
You may choose to have a single sitting at 8 months or multiple sittings to chronicle the growth of your baby bump. We can paint you in your own home, at the photographers studio or at your baby shower. It's entirely up to you.
You may wish to use your favourite photographer, or we would be happy to recommend one for you.
Rates: $110 full belly paint (includes design consultation and a colour copy of the artists original
sketches/design plan). $80 for each subsequent booking if multiple sittings are required.

Pre-Ordered Rates: $3-$10 each, depending on the complexity and number of balloons used in the design. Minimum order applies.

Face Painting and Balloon Twisting Workshops

Due to popular demand, Colour-me-in now offers workshops for beginners interested in learning how to face paint or balloon twist. Evening face painting workshops are available throughout the year for adults and teenagers keen to learn how to paint with cosmetic grade paints. We can also cater to school art groups and preschool teachers syndicates, and have been out in the community training year 7 and 8 groups for their own school productions. Balloon twisting workshops can also be incorporated in your children's party or holiday programme, with children being taught how to make their own simple starter designs... dogs and butterflies.

We work in conjunction with Niche Photography for all of your photographic needs, be it a portrait of each painted face or full coverage of your event.
Niche Photography was formed by two professionally trained photographers, Deborah Marshall and Stephanie Nixon, who specialise in children's portraits.
